Variety of extensive and varied breakfast items to choose from. Attentive staff throughout our stay. Perfect location not far from restaurants as well as great clubs and bars. Great food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

The staff was efficient and excellent and catered to my every need. I ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The staff members were CARING and exceptionally attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect and beautiful - not too far from Soldeu Ski Resort.

Everything was great for our purposes, skiing. The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was gorgeous with many options of food. Our location was magnificent and stunning, next to an underground station. We dined at a pretty good nearby restaurant with Chinese dishes.

comfortable hotel located not far from shops and bars, all the stops for a gala dinner and which was kind of tacky. polite stuff, good services, including a great selection of well presented delicacies. gorgeous breakfast spread. what an excellent stay, nothing to complain about.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Soldeu Ski Resort was unbeatable and good. All the staff was efficient, tackled my issues. The room was well-maintained with a fantastic view and clean 1, at least for me.

The staff were attentive, offered very good services. I was upgraded to a new-fashioned premium double room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was extensive with fabulous meals.

Thanks guys for a very good stay for our ski holiday. The breakfasts are fresh made with fruits and yogurts, for example. The location is absolutely perfect, 2 km from Bosc❤👍👍

Nice looking, huge room with great amenities. We had an extremely comfy bed and extensive breakfasts.

Helpful and friendly staff, especially Joana. Good options for breakfast and dinner. Great location near the Gondola with convenient shuttle. Enjoyed the ski area with good snow and sunny days.

The room was comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the stay. breakfast variety and quality was good Our kids loved the kids club and we were pleased to find this service was free.

Disappointed to find various charges added to use services. Eg pool was unused due to cost of e12 per person per visit. E48 per family made this extorsionate. Charging to use cooking facilities also shameful for the aparthotel. Evening meal was a very poor quality buffet consisting of nearly inedible and cold main courses, and expensive at cost e66 for a family of 4 considering quality. Aparthotel area in general felt unfinished with random seats in main hallway areas. Tv broken, phone broken.

Its position, near to cableways, and its spa, not expensive (12 €/pax/day and less with forfaits) and quite nice, its fitness room (free). Drinks/food prices are not expensive (for such category hotel). An indoor parking is available (12.50 €/day)

Rooms (belonging to Piolets Apartements) are absolutely not soundproof: it's possible to hear what happens around and every sound produced nearby (other rooms, corridor, elevator) is transmitted almost unchanged in the room. As tv volume is locked is not possible to hear tv when neighbors are noisy. tv is placed too down: watch at it from bed is not confortable. 3€/day for the safe is abused for such category hotel. No WiFi available except in the hall (and not everywhere in the hall). 2 8-persons vans to bring hundreds of skiers to the cableways is not enough to avoid queues in the morning

All in all everything was very good, had a very very good stay for our ski holiday. The people working in the hotel were attentive. The location was perfect and the private parking was outside. We tried some drinks at bar Aspen Bar, located 10 minutes walk away.

The rooms had a great view and the showers were super hot and powerful. Plus, the hotel staff were really helpful with sorting out skiing passes and lessons. , the shuttle service to the lift was frequent and the drivers were friendly and helpful with our ski equipment.

The dinner buffet became repetitive and the food often ended up cold and overcooked under the heat lamps. we were surprised to find out that there was an extra charge to use the spa facilities, which wasn't clearly stated beforehand.
